I, too, am frustrated with the game. I took a 3 year hiatus and recently came back. I'm questioning why. I just want to play the game, but they make it way too difficult. I don't care about winning the events bc they're not winnable for me.

I have enough work, waiting, stress, and deadlines in my real life. Keeping the time limits of an online game in the back of my mind is not something I care to add to that. I sell off event pieces for less than they're worth if anyone needs any future items.

Is there a complaints/venting thread? I need it. Haha! :)

The exotic enclosure is 3000 coins. You can put your mammoth in there.

I actually won the woolly mammoth on Saturday. I turned in 2-3 collections and my next collection was that prize. It opened up my cellar and it was in my cellar. I went to drag it into a habitat and when I was dragging it I was kicked out of the game. When I went back in it was not in my cellar anymore. Does anyone know of anything else I can do? This game is frustrating enough but when you actually win the main prize then lose it you can get heart broken, among other things I won't mention! It's very upsetting. I’ve only managed to collect 8 drops from the juicer with running non-stop. Is this a joke? These collection events literally are impossible. The only one I’ve won has been the raccoon and I got it on the 3rd turn-in. I feel like if you don’t get it right away then forget. The way these events are coded it’s just virtually a no-win situation. I guess I just play this game now out of habit. Sad.

Thank you both for your responses. I did check both of those and the task does not show it checked off. :( I don't even feel like playing anymore because of this. No desire right now to keep trying. I was so excited when the woolly mammoth popped up. I immediately thought "Yay, I don't have to sweat it whether I'm gonna win it or not!" It's sad the first thing you should think about is taking a screen shot of your win instead of trying to place it on your farm. I should've taken the screen shot.

How do I get my mammoth back? Is there someone I can report this to? I made spoons in the slushies hut. Turned them in. Got the mammoth. Went to put him in the enclosure with my elephant and he disappeared. I restarted my game and the spoons were back at the hut. I turned them in again and got a path piece. I agree with the other person her lost her mammoth. We shouldn't have to take screenshots. I want my mammoth back!

Now other items have disappeared. I had items crafting in the hut and they are gone. I had caught fish and the cups I got from the pond are gone. And the game keeps freezing. I live this game and was so excited when I got the mammoth. Now with everything else disappearing I have no chance of trying to get him again

It’s possible I’ll get one to two more chances to submit a collection before time is up. I just am really frustrated that once again I’ve devoted max effort to playing this event cycle to come up short and not win anything on either this one or the leaderboard. Place the igloo habitat on your farm with an empty spot and pull him into it from your cellar.

Thanks for your help. I have the Icy Igloo on my farm with a spot (I even took the one animal out). When I go to the cellar to drag blue beary, I get a pop up screen, Uh oh, you need Gentle Gazebo for a blue beary. I can press Go or x out. if I press go, I'm brought to the market and forced to buy the gazebo. If I x out nothing happens. I get this message every time.

I would have gladly given up 3 of those Slush Mascots (which are very disturbing to look at, to be honest) for the other prizes. Oh, well...

Zero wooly mammoths, yo. Zero. But six of the clowns. Wellp. My deliveries are all ready for the next one, and I've got plenty of every juice and potpourri to fill trains with.

It's my first event back after a six month hiatus, and I was not terribly impressed with the prizes here. I did enjoy my bear talking to my penguin! And while I don't love the "special kind of pets," I thought the blue flytrap was well done!

I only managed to get 1 Purple Slushy Spoon from the Juicer. Very disappointing. I had the juicer working constantly after the collection item was available. I have never been a fan of these events although I did get the 3rd prize in a recent event.

Same here, juicer has been constantly running and only one drop. It’s not ok.
