Where?s the battle arena?

I just recently got to level 15 and I received a goal that has me go to the battle arena. The problem is that the battle arena has failed to show up. All of my friends have the battle arena so I am very confused. Please help!

The Battle Arena appears in the sky between the two big, main islands at the back. :)
