I recently got a new phone n i went an downloaded bakery story but its makin me start over i really want to keep my old bakery i was on level 21 an i miss my neighbors how can i resolve this

Do a search here on transferring your account. There's loads of threads here on this! You'll get it back...they have your game on their servers. No worries!

I sure hope to get my games back I would really hate to start over. I have contacted the support team but they claim that my strom8 ID isn't associated with any device if that is so how am I able to log in on this forum with it?

ou can email support@teamlava.com (support@teamlava.com) and they can transfer your games.

You can also transfer yourself:
