Cyclonician - nothing but Bottled Breeze

Hi y?all - my (pretty expensive) Cyclonician keeps on dropping nothing but Bottled Breeze... what to do with them now that the Mantistorm event is (luckily!) over? And where are the essences it should actually be dropping? 😢

I have received a grand total of one lumin essence from this Cyclone fellow. All the other collections have been nothing but bottled breeze. He's going into storage, sadly.

I've already flagged the event drops with S8 for both this and the static skunk.

My cyclonician keeps dropping enchanter's essence but I'm maxed on it. I've asked for drops and rates to be revisited in general.

The event drops have now ceased. (thank you Pika!). Let's hope that essence is now a more regular drop :)
