Start crafting your Snowhound Dragon. Takes 6 hours to craft him. (ok, so I'm not sure when I got the first Training Sword.)

3. Breed with a Mist Dragon (so make sure you have at least a level 4 Mist dragon before this task comes up!) Skip= 50 gold

Prize: 4 Dormant Eggs

Act 1: Craft and decorate with Dormant Eggs (required 3 Pots of Gold from quests) (This doesn't make any sense because we weren't told to place our monument yet.) skip = 25 gold. Eggs take 2 hours to craft. Prize is 1 Greatblade.
Act 2: ? Auto completed Probably something about raising Snowhound Dragon.
Act 3: Breed with a Snowhound Dragon. Skip = 25 gold.
Act 4: Start crafting your Nightfire Dragon.
Act Prize: 6 Permafrost Monuments

Chapter 8 (3 acts)
Act 1: Finish crafting and hatch your Nightfire Dragon (Skip = 50)
Act 2: Breed Snowhound Dragon with a Gildclaw Dragon. (Skip = 50)
Act 3: win a Fight in the Battle Arena (Skip = 50)
Act Prize = 1 Bladethrone

Act 1 win a fight with your Nightfire Dragon (missed skip cost )

Act 3: craft a Dracoin Requires 4 Cracked Shells and 2 Pots of Gold) (Skip = 40)
Act 4: Raise Snowhound Dragon to level 11 (Skip = 180 gold) So this means we * do* have to purchase a Noble Crystal for 500,000 coins.  Food is 3200 x 5
Act Prize 4,000 food

Chapter 10 (3 acts)
Act 1: Receive 3 Obsidian Arrowheads from neighbors. (Skip = 35 gold). I can't complete this today because I already asked neighbors for maps today.
Act 2: Raise Nightfire Dragon to level 11 (Skip = 225 gold) Cost 30,000 food.
Act 3: Win 2 fights in the battle arena. (Skip = 100 gold)
"Congratulations! The Rainbow King Dragon is yours!"
Rainbow King is 22 hours to hatch. Once he is hatched, you get 250 food, 1 XP, and a Gilded Sword token, which you can use to get a Neo Supreme dragon (recommended if you are still a low level player), 15 Adventure Tickets, or 3 10x Farm Boosts (recommended if you want or need to accumulate food in a hurry).

Oh no the bit I wanted to see the skip costs was the bit that auto corrected 😓

So, phew, there we have it folks! I'm sorry for the few bits of information that I forgot or wasn't able to complete.

The bad news is that we need to invest 500,000 coins in the Noble Crystal (which we will be using constantly in the future, but as a new player it is really hard to save up that amount of coins) or spend a ton of gold to skip tasks.

The good news is that we did not need to craft a second Bladethrone, and we didn't have to raise our dragon as high as the higher level players. It was pretty easy to complete this Tales, as long as you could breed the Gildclaw Dragon.

Next Storybook I will no longer be lower level, so will have to do the harder tasks. :( But I feel like I got this account off to a great start by getting the Rainbow King, as he will introduce Diamond and Rainbow types to my forest, plus the Neo Supreme will also introduce the gemstone element.
