Bunny Ears oven not working properly.

I have three bunny ears ovens, two work without any issues. The third one I put a three hour dish on almost 2 hours ago and I just checked to see how much longer left before the dish is ready and it still shows 2hours and 59 minutes left. It should be 1hour and 5 minutes to go.

I dont know how to fix this. Any ideas please.
