I have a question about game progress

I am having iPad problems and am thinking about restoring to factory settings. Will this affect my game progress for the past 4 months. Will my tokens and gems still be in tact?

The games are saved on their servers, not the devices themselves. There's not usually an issue with opening the apps and the characters being the same as what they were pre restore. However if you do run into an issue, you can try to do a transfer of the game back to your device and see if that works, or you can email TeamLava Support (support@teamlava.com) and they should be able to assist you.

Just in case you might want to note what level you're on, how gems you have, etc. should you need to relay that information to support for assistance.
