I'm sorry to inform you that this stove and its recipes were limited time event items from past event. You won't be able to unlock them unless Storm8 re-releases these goals again. :(

Flowercakes12 should be refunded the gems on that appliance. It shouldn't even be up for sale to players who missed that event if it can't be used for anything.
