Can't craft Exotic Pet Feed

There’s no option for me to make food for the pet rock in the feed mill. I spent 12 gems, thinking it unlocked the ability, but I think it just fed the rock one time?? I?m not entirely sure. I’ve rebooted my iPad after force closing didn’t work. I have plenty of space on it, so that’s not the issue. Any ideas?

I am playing on an iPad 9.7. I have a 128 GB capacity with 114 GB available. I have done a hard restart and force closed all apps. You can see the pet rock and the pink bag in top photo. In the second photo, you see the feed mill with no options for new foods until level 60.

You need not contact Support as I've reported this. They will fix it for everyone.

I can't make the required pet food to feed my hermit crab.
I don't have that option in the mill...

(Is it called exotic pet food?) I don't have an exotic habitat, or pet to put there...
So maybe it's not yet unlocked, and there is a bug or miss from the developer not to unlock it by having the crab?
