What is the highest level a player can acheive?

Currently, the level cap is 400. However, we do increase the cap gradually every so often. When this happens, the XP you earned at the previous cap is not "wasted". For example, if the level cap was 100 at 1,000,000 XP and you earned 1,500,000 XP and then we raised the level cap to 150 at 1,500,000 XP, then you would automatically become level 150 and receive all of the back rewards for leveling up.
