Neo glasswing or glasswing?

So i have 1600 essence and I'm trying to decide which one to get for battle arena. I've heard glasswing is the best BA dragon but they are both the same elements and rarity, only difference is neo glasswing costs way less food to get to 15. Also, which champions are the best (valiant, glasswing,etc.) ? And does anyone know if the passion dragon is breed able right now/for how long

The Passion Dragon is marked as breedable now, as are the Leftheart and Rightheart Dragons, both of which are required for the breeding of the Passion Dragon. In previous years, these three dragons are always made available for breeding during the month of February.
