i messed up bad i city story... and is there a way to delete your city and restart it?

There is not a way to reset/start over for City Story.

However you can sell or inventory your items/items you don't want to use.

You'll get bonus cash each day, as before, even without any buildings so it is possible to rebuild from scratch at least. I'd prefer a reset option too but this seems to be the only option open to us right now.
