Missing item from crate purchase

Hi, I just purchased a 'cut above the rest' crate and I won a 4th place prize of a mannequin head and it's not showing up in my design inventory. I used the contact form to complain, but I received an auto reply that there's no support for fashion story anymore. So I lost 24 gems on nothing 😭 does anyone have any advice please? Thanks 👍
