View Full Version : Temporary account not merged with recovery account and lost all my progress

I submitted a ticket December 22 to retrieve account information and get it back on my new iphone. Due to the high ticket volume, I did not receive a response until today and had been playing on a temporary account I created to pass the time. I spent a LOT of real money buying gems to progress faster, including getting to certain areas (train, balloon, llama, etc.) and increasing storage of barn, silo and slot space, and none of that transferred when Storm8 finally responded and recovered my old account to my ISO device and removed my temporary account. I lost over 100 gems I still had not used in addition to everything else. I really hope Storm8 remedies this soon so I can play again, but I won't play anymore until it's addressed because I will not spend money on it if I can't get what I spent back!
