Is under maintenance equivalent to update? So, what exactly did you guys updated beside with one new Sunflower table & Spring wallpaper. Why not some new foods & beverages?

No, maintenance does not mean update. Maintenance happens every once in awhile but in my 3 or so months of playing it has never meant an update.
