How can I transfer Account to new iphone devise?

I've just bought a new iPhone 4 and I've been playing this game in my old iPhone 3GS devise for quite a while. I don't everything to be lost, so please show me how to transfer the account to the new devise, I don't see anywhere I can use my existing storm8 ID.

one way is going to teamlava.com
at the bottom of the page, there's a button that says "transfer account"

Or you can just contact them telling them you want your stuff transferred.

Thanks sehana! Actually I've already tried the transfer button on the main page, unfortunate both Fashion & Nightclub Story are not listed in the dropdown box.
