Regarding about Purchases with RS
I bought some Gem over the RS

I was wondering how I am getting charged by this.

I know I registered my credit card in Apple ID so

would it get out from my credit card?

I don't see it on my bank account being updated..

The cost of the gems you purchased is billed to whatever payment method you have on file with iTunes. In this case, it sounds like that would be your credit card.
