Building type limit - unicorn statue

Hi, I have searched the forum but cannot find what I am looking for. I have just received a unicorn statue from a quest but I cannot store it or place it because I am at the structure type limit but I am unsure of the type it is referring to? What sort of items fall within its category so that I can sell one instead of the statue? Many thanks.
