Gift bow dragon

I started to craft my gift bow dragon yesterday and it has now disappeared?? I cannot start level 8 to hatch this dragon now, has anyone else had this problem?
Someone please help!!!

Try restarting your game and phone. When that don't work, send a ticket to S8. Then wait till the 2nd when they come back from vacation. Which I believe the dragon tales will be long over.

Many thanks for that, have tried all your advice but to no avail, am gutted as the dragon started to craft and then just disappeared, now I don?t have enough bells to craft him again 🤬🤬🤬🤬
