I downloaded bakery story, bubble mania, frozen mania, fantasy story, farm story 2, and candy blast mania. Cause it said I would get 30 gems for each one I downloaded and played. This is the only time I have had an issue with it when I downloaded clue bingo I got my gems right away. I have sent a ticket and the response I got was there is nothing they can do.
