Game always freezing

Hi, have problems with the game lately takes me an hour to open it then freezing or appear that game not responding. I update my phone.play the newest version of the game. Don't have this problem with restaurant or bakery or fashion story

Hi, can't open the game. Takes me an hour to open it even after I I open it message appears that game not responding need to close. Can't visit my neighbours. I play the newest version of the game. My phone is update. I don't have this problem with restaurant or bakery or fashion story only here.please help
