Duskmire Dragon

What is this dragon? It just appeared in the codex and now dark types seem to be gone. Why would this not breedable, not craftable dragon be just put into the codex? 49038

Duskmire was supposed to be the last tournament dragon for November but Storm8 decided not to release it, therefore shorting a lot of people of points to get Drake last month. I don't know why they would put it in the codex knowing this.

Ah so thats why I was short. Plus we have this cool dragon none of us can acquire. Not cool storm 8
