* The Troll Camp can be purchased under the DECORATIONS tab if you do not already have one

* Help! I can't see the upgrade button? If you do not see the upgrade button, click somewhere else on the board and then click back on the item. The buttons should return. Force close if still not showing.
* Help! The drops aren't going into my inventory! There is a counter on the top right of screen and all drops go there. They do not go into inventory.

* To get the first individual prize, you need to collect 15 Kitsune Runes.
* When you reach 15, the next individual prize opens up for you and will show you how many Kitsune Runes you will need for the next individual prize.
* Once you reach 400 Kitsune Runes, you are eligible for any and all of the prizes that are earned by the community (shown on the second row).
* The total number of Kitsune Runes is updated on the counter as soon as they drop, not when they are collected.
* Be mindful that upgrading resets the timer back to 2 hours.

I managed to get them back (well, actually I lost the ones I had, but I have at least got back the ability to buy more which had disappeared), by force closing the game a few times (at least I assume that is what bought them back)

I love the walkers - but with a cap of 20 they are useless prizes. I have 2,500 crowns saved up. Please raise the cap Storm8! We need a way to unlock a cap of 30 walkers.
Also I miss all the extra cool deco and buildings we used to get in events! Now just crowns and chests. :rolleyes:

I have a Shadow Kitsunecorn! :cool:
Comes with a side goal to collect from it, which also explains that it is only the shadow version - not the legendary one we are searching for on the main goal.

They will spawn by chopping star blooms but so far it?s been one skunkupine per star bloom, which is a low rate given the 20 energy required to clear. It does seem that as soon as you need a monster to spawn its apprearance takes a nosedive. Already annoying!
I?m only playing for the final prize because it drops energy & spellbound dew, I really hope it does as advertised there have been plenty of previous disappointments with drops from prizes.
The whole event otherwise looks poor & a mix of old events; the bushes just look like green blobs on display, the community prizes are the same decorations from the last valentine event which are still available from the sweetheart shack with the Kit added on which isn?t an improvement, crowns again as prizes when most are maxed on walkers I?d sooner we went back to energy crates, even some of the graphics from the event display are from the previous dessert palace event!!
Seriously S8 do it right or don?t bother ☹️

I got a skunkupine from my pink alicorn. I also got 3 from 40 tomatoes that I had planted. I've been getting them, sporadically, from chopping at the star bloom. Since I'll be doing a LOT of pies/lemonade trades once the 1/2 time - double bonus kicks in I've filled my plots 1/2 with sugar, 1/2 with wheat - both known to attract skunkupines.

On another note, the troll camp is not a guaranteed drop - I learned that first hand. 🤔

I know S8 isn't responsible for this, but now that the Monster Hunt is over, all the Fangbeast have come out of hiding and are lurking around my chickens. Met three of them while collecting from five chickens. Maybe they are all starving after hiding for that many days.

So if S8’s not responsible, who is? Difficult to believe that this is just random. I personally think it is a strategy on the part of S8 to get us to spend gems on traps.

I emailed TL too and they said my ticket is closed, that they don?t help with game play, check the forum🤬. So I emailed again saying it?s a BUG!, not game play, and got back that they are closed for 3 days and tickets take 5-7 days to get answered. Great for us😡. The event will be over by then. Looks like we won?t get many prizes given we can?t upgrade our Kitsunecorn Pond and will only be able to collect 1 Rune every 2 hours. Sucks!

Looks like the fence prizes are redesigned sweetheart fences. Of which I have a boatload. Same for crowns.This game seems to have gone the way of Restaurant Story2: repeat, rehash, repeat ...nothing really original and creative. Yawn. I sat out the last 2 events, I just could not do it. A first for me in 4 years.:(

I have collected from my farm houses 10 times but still no Kistsunecorn to fight. I have a lot of farm houses so after 10 collections I would expect at least one to pop up. Any idea’s

Agree with some of the other comments I've seen on here--I am tripping over fangbeasts now that the monster hunt is over lol. I do not care about crowns & walkers. I did add the Baron, but he belongs, in my opinion. I even put away Thomas's love Agnes--she was just so ugly. And......the troll camp is back not being a guaranteed drop with that 6 hour timer & we eventually need 8 of that potion. **sigh**

I got the shadow kitsucorn! On my 5th chest! I have never been lucky and received one of the good prizes from chopping chests, boxes, gifts, etc. mine are always coins, sugar, crops, basic food, etc. I definitely have never received an animal! Woo hoo!

I hope this means the rest of the event goes good and I can get his/her match, because I could use another energy animal. As I am sure we all can.

Thankfully to prevent other heart attacks, although im sure its fixed on first page its only 10.

This event seems interedtkng. Too early to make up my mind. Yes the main event is copy paste for community, but im liking thst we, aside from same chests, are in fact getting lots of side gosls which are optional but actually something to do such as making 10 crowns in 4 days. Lets us push over selves while working on main

Lol ask me in about a week my opinion but for now enjoy the event! Im almost a full day late becsuse out of principal while with family on thanksgiving I decided to play those games that have actual pieces and dice and boards. And then for all my fellow 80’s and 90’s babies my cousin went to a convention and they sold an N64....you know the best game system lol, only one besides wii I play (i dont really do video games) but they had the games still including the only one i played: Mario Kart. Brought back good memories and how much games evolved to where i am now with CS, but gotta say I can’t complain and once home, although needing to go to bed, I had to hop on cause my sister said there was an event and i just started it (only a little addicted haha)

Looking forward to what direction this goes and once settled I really hope i can continue two main lines I didnt finish: what storms may come (Part IV) and search for sabina (3/4), and i hope to get more expanisions!

Really lookung forward to what the individual and community rewards aside crowns will be. Hopefully not deco!

Time to read first page now to prepare. No jokes i have a mini notebook for all my games and i put info there so i dont have to always get out and look here plus other games i need to keep track of info. Again just a little addicted.

Not sure, I suppose its up to the mods, but anyone interested in posting daily, whebever it is they go to bed how many Runes they have? Might help others see hos they are in comparisiin, not meant to be competitive ans for those with crazy amounts to brag, but like i said for the average player to see if they are on target. I was looking forward to this event when it said a chimera cub was on offer. Only to find the grand prize is some freaky three tailed fox/unicorn hybrid,and not one of the classic mythical creatures I love in my game. Then to find the chimera is available for 400 gems? Sorry s8, I ,like many,don't like feeling forced to spend gems. I'll be sitting this event out,and hoping the chimera appears as a prize further down the track. And janddolphins,love your n64 reference. Still remember my Atari and sega consoles.lol.antiques now.

I don't think there is anything. The goal is just a different way to get crowns. If only the lion spawned from farmhouses or star blooms which we are already chopping. Too much energy to chop rocks in addition to the energy required for event.

Farmhouses. Lots of info on page 1 & in game you can check the '?' by tapping the event icon on the right of your game board to see where items drop. Good luck!

Any replies from ur urgent report? We can?t catch up by simply crafting when/if the bug is fixed coz it?ll be days of collecting only one Rune but if we?d been able to upgrade days ago, we?d be collecting multiple Runes every 2 hours.

I received an answer with the dates for the days off until......long time !
So, I checked my kingdom on edit mode.
And I discovered my pond hidden under my Elven Reliquary.
It was not possible to see it without the edit mode .
I hope it will be the same for you ;-)

Anyone else game crashing? This has been going on since yesterday. I connect to the game and then when I go to do something it crashes. I have submitted a ticket. I get the message check your internet connection. I know it's not the internet because I can go online and connect to other games. Luckily I can connect long enough to send keys. So frustrating not to mention I am going to fall behind if this keeps up.

This I posted this morning, but referring to "100 Crowns to Craft" - in Goal The Crowned Jewel, 100 is the correct figure. You actually have to do 10 crafts in the Magic Forge as the countdown states.. collecting materials from the Lion spawned from the outcropping rocks.. and at each collection you receive 10 crowns.. thus.. 100!
It's quickly done as one rock spawns many Lions, drops are abundant, and as the Forge is not occupied in the event, both can be used, receiving 10 at each collection.

(opps.. this is wrong thread for posting info on the Crowned Jewel Goal!)

had a look at your kingdom.. I would suggest to store ALL walkers at the moment, and also some buildings not necessary in the event. later slowly set them out again when the problem settles. usually I resolve my crashing problems this way.

Try Nugget #11 (https://forums.storm8.com/showthread.php?90047-Nugget-11-How-to-play-on-old-devices). Which iOS version do you have on your iPad? You need to reduce memory consumption in the game. Your storage space seems to be OK. I have also often game crashes & reload with my iPhone 6SE, the game on the iPhone 4 is a slug.

You need to clear your RAM (short-term memory). Your 32 gb is ROM (long-term memory). Apple devices don't display the amount of RAM, you have to look in wikipidia.

It's like writing a document. The app and saved documents use ROM, but uses RAM as you're typing. A screen that has to display hundreds of moving graphics is using a lot of RAM and the app crashes (and you lose new changes).

Do a google search for "clear RAM" for a quick tip.

Between waiting on the sparkling mine for the random fog and waiting on troll camp for random drop, I'm finding myself concentrating more on expansions than I am chopping and collecting. Better value for me..... Hopefully I won't get too far behind.

Actually I'm just continuous crafting whatever is ready to be crafted without looking what's needed for the upgrade.. that way consentrating on the Exchange too while the offers there are available. It's an occasion to make more permits, so many needed, and even if this offer is greatly appreciated, seems like I'm getting nowhere at the moment.

Between Black Friday sales, crafting crowns, crafting tickets, new additions in the Town Square .. this week's event, even if it's a repeat pattern... is so exciting I'm thrilled.

I may be wrong about this, but I'm not gonna stop recommending it until I get info that it doesn't work .... try storing your mines, waiting a bit and then out them back out. maybe it will help.

Definitely sparking mines. One is level 5, one is level 3.

You have to chop Rock Outcroppings which will spawn the Crowned Lion, fight the lion who will drop the Royal Jewels.

This is good to know as I'm crashing too now. Maybe it's since I put out buildings weeks ago so I have enough royal points to expand. I'm sick of repeatedly storing stuff to make room for royal buildings,putting them out 1 by 1,doing an expansion then storing them...repeat repeat... We need room to put out event stuff too. My kingdoms are a shambles right now. Would be good if s8 would lower royal points needed to expand. Points doesn't seem to do anything for the game or am I missing something?

My sparkling mine has stopped dropping the event item also, not happy with all the hiccups in this event. All the event since summer so far seem to come with a glitch that stop some of us completing so unfair

This I've noticed as well.. I got only one from my Mines since the event started. Doing continous Adventures, luckily I've had some drops, but certainly the Mines are dry. I'll try storing them for awhile.. hopefully. Everything else is running fine, so this should too.

The sparkling minas just stopped for me too. They were giving me fog in the beginning, but then they suddenly just... stopped

Well seems like we're the only ones on the forum with the locked out issue. But the rest seem to be having enough problems with getting the materials which thankfully hasn't been a problem for me yet 🙈 You're right though, they should definitely compensate all of us for the lost time!!

It seems that every new strated event its more hard to get the things you need for this game.

Troll Camp give in in the almost 2 days this game is started just 1 Shooting Star..

Sparkling mine give me 2 items in the same time this event statred..

En..farmhouse its also so little monster to fight I need for this event.. Most of the time it is fangbeast or nothing..

That make this event more worse then the one's before..

I have no idea how I can finish this event when its going on like this...

You can do it in one response. Next to the "reply with quote" button there's a textballoon with a + next to it. Use that on every post you want to quote and for the last one use "reply with quote".

This is so weird, I was just thinking that these are the most generous chests I've received in CS to date. My Runes have all been in the twenties and I've been inundated with those Kitsune Rose Bushes, a few chests dropped more than one. Too bad I don't like them, lol.

I agree, most generous chests to date as far as ruins, I too have received a bush in 3 different colors but that is it. Also having issues with my mines and once again troll camp. Using energy to get other items at this point and hoping numbers pick up or we get some sort of compensation for the issue. I am starting to lose faith in these games. We have had sooo many things back to back, they seem rushed.

My Troll Camp is behaving.. it's my Mines! BUT this did help:
I put them in storage for 15min then out again. On collecting don't go directly to the Mine, tap a serie of 7/10 collections , then include 1 Mine. Both will never give you drops anyway. Keep one for a second try later, at a different time.

He does exist. I got him from my 2nd chest.
Only drops so far have been small amounts coin and/or occasional wisp, and have had 1 lantern drop once.
Good luck to everyone, hope you all get one.
Not so lucky with troll camp, was going ok but dry now for last 24 hrs with 3 collections.

My sparkling mine has stopped dropping the event item also, not happy with all the hiccups in this event. All the event since summer so far seem to come with a glitch that stop some of us completing so unfair

I don't believe I have ever had a drop from my level 7 mine at all (similar to an earlier event where the higher level game piece wouldn't drop) but my level 5 sparkling mine is better than 50%. The troll camp has been 1 in 3 which is disappointing.

I have like 4 purples, lol. I've only gotten 2 other colors so far.

I don't believe I have ever had a drop from my level 7 mine at all (similar to an earlier event where the higher level game piece wouldn't drop) but my level 5 sparkling mine is better than 50%. The troll camp has been 1 in 3 which is disappointing. (My level 7 library had completely stopped dropping spellbooks. When I built a 2nd library for an event, it dropped spellbooks often. So I put my old one on time-out in the cellar. It got a bit better, but now it's a bad influence on the level 1 - quite often they both drop nothing.)

My mines have been okay. Getting other drops are okay. Even the skunks and kitsunecorn are okay. But my troll camp is not behaving, and it's already been on timeout twice. :-( First 2 collections, no drop. Then 1 success. Next round for some reason it spawned a troll on me, simultaneously dropping a shooting star (or whatever). After I ****ed it, my shooting star was not in inventory. That was a surprise, lol.

The weirdest was right after I got ali's - I visited my resources (mines, sawmill, conservatories, stables, hatcheries) and they ALL dropped only coins, no items. That was worrying. They are back to normal now. On that same round I wasted 40 energy chopping 2 full spiritblooms for a skunk - then remembered I parked a fangbeast earlier. Buying alicorns cannot overcome my own incompetence, ha ha!

Hi everyone. The explorers permit has disappeared from my Royal Exchange.
Anyone else noticed that.
I agree on the terrible drops from the mines and the troll camp today.
There’s no incentive to use gems if you aren’t going to get a needed item.
Still 10 days to go.
missing explorer permits were discussed in the sabina thread.. post 510.

storing and then replacing my mines did help me compared to the 'only 1' I received before. then don't collect directly from the mines.. tap 7/10 collections before tapping the mine and a couple after too. let them drop by themselves without using quick collect. if you receive one don't collect from the other mine. it's seldom there's a double drop.. so save it till later.

The sparkling eggs are also dropping from swans & the golden peacock, longer wait time but at least you get feathers maybe even gold for trade in addition to eggs & chicken.
The posts on mines are worrying, shouldn?t drops get better as you upgrade otherwise what?s the point of doing so?

This is good to know as I'm crashing too now. Maybe it's since I put out buildings weeks ago so I have enough royal points to expand. I'm sick of repeatedly storing stuff to make room for royal buildings,putting them out 1 by 1, doing an expansion then storing them...repeat repeat... We need room to put out event stuff too. My kingdoms are a shambles right now. Would be good if s8 would lower royal points needed to expand. Points doesn't seem to do anything for the game or am I missing something?

As a long time player (Feb 2013), I kept finding myself struggling to find space to put out the extra buildings, etc. needed for the current event. The design of my realm is based on having specific zones of like objects. I have a dragon paddock, Griselda?s castle with the more fierce animals (Flygers and Wolves), a Troll area, a farm area, a barnyard/pasture for pigs, chickens, and cows, a knight?s area with horses, etc., a faerieland, and (because of good fortune) a Valentine area. To avoid having to rearrange things with the back to back events, I?ve kept many of the Royal points buildings in storage to be able to have a fairly large area clear for whatever is needed for the current event. In the current case that is the extra farmhouses and red mushroom circles. When I need the Royal points for expansion, I?ll put out the high point buildings, towers, etc. until I have the needed number, do the expansion, and then put them away. If there is time between events when the open area is not needed, I?ll put out a square pathway for my walkers with some random decor.

I totally agree with you that the Royal points requirements are getting too high, as is the number of expansion, and now explorer permits. I?ve been trying to take advantage of the discounted expansions. So far I?ve been able to get 4 of the 6.

The Troll Camp is a real pain. I?d rather have Ivy with a guaranteed drop. Has anyone had a Shooting Star drop from the adventure?

Yes!!! They are the best. Rainbows drop them too, rarely but still. I have all my rainbows out since finding that out. The Parade Float and Lucky Cauldron do as well. Like I say, it?s rare. I get one once or twice a month.

I also hate it when the drop rate depends on luck, twice the Troll Camp(6hr drop time) didn’t drop anything and I still need only one more drop to upgrade my Kitsunecorn Pond to level 4. The other drops I have excess of, kind of wish the Kitsune chests we get from the Neighbors goal also drop what we need or Shadow Stones( Adventure use) so we have more options.

I haven’t seen any mention of it but the trades that are usually an odd number of hours shows a rounded up time, ie a 5 hour is listed as 3 hours.
I just one out and the timer shows 2 1/2 hours. Good news! I’m trading like crazy in hopes of making one more of the discounted plots. Now is a real good time for something to drop a permit. I did get one two days ago from a white flyger. Splurged and bought another one.

I put this event on the back burner to concentrate my energy on collecting items for trades at the exchange while double tickets are available.
I?ve been collecting from sparkling mines & the troll camp because of the timers & the drop rate with the intention of collecting everything else & making the potions up after the trades have ended to upgrade the pond & collect more runes. But I?m not sure I?ll need to bother, between the pond and chests I?m up to 261 runes & with 9days to go should collect enough for the individual prizes. Has anyone else found this? I?m hoping so because it?ll save a load of energy & time chopping.

I think the max on all the special animals is four. I only had two plus one armored flyger. Others have reported a cap of four on the various daily Alicorns for sale.

And I can’t lvl my pond up because the troll camp drops one item a day from 3 collections. If I touch a chicken I spawn a fangbeast. If I touch a farmhouse I spawn another. I like the 2 for 1 trades and trying to use resources in the best way. A little strategy involved.

the key chests renew it's timer everyday.
you have the hours that is stated in countdown to complete the 3 chests for that day.
tomorrow it will start again.

It's all a personal decision if you want to complete an event.. however, to make playing easier with less stress.. I leave a Kitsunecorn or Sunkipine spawned when collecting from chickens, mushrooms, tree chopping, mines, troll camp.. so other monsters do not spawn.
Remember to beat the monster you spawned though when in need to spawn the ones you need.

Many thanks to kolakid2 for the info about the rainbows, I had 22 in storage & have gotten lots of great gifts ie. lanterns, expansion permits,etc. I too am having problems with the troll camp, the others seem to come as needed. Would appreciate if s8 would give us an option to delete old goal items from the inventory, it takes forever to find items I really need. At lease have more catagories, like maybe plant life & animals.

The dismal drop rate for the Troll Camp on top of ending the RE & expansion plots early makes me seriously consider deleting this game. I bought the package this morning mostly for the trade tickets (moot point now that they ended RE & expansion sale 8 hours early), but the ingredient x 3 from the non-existent Troll Camp helped me to level up my pond to level 5.

This game got me through my divorce, my daughter's two stints in the psych ward, me having emergency custody of my grandson, major surgery, etc. yet I am sitting here CRYING because I couldn't craft my last expansion permit so I could do my planned expansion that I'd already committed resources to (lanterns & coins)!

Really S8? This is how you treat loyal players (CUSTOMERS)?

I would be happy if they just divided the decorations secrion to those decos that have drops versus those that are pure decoration!

For those that want an extra potion, the crafting remains in the potion shop after you hit level 6. But you need to have the materials harvested before hand!

Well I have generally 1 digit rune drop. I have all Kitsune Rose Bushes, except the purple... Just wondering if it exists.

Not only have my sparkling mines dried up but I haven't received any shooting stars from my troll camp in almost 2 days! Almost done with other potions but can't craft any celestial potion. Once or twice I think I got one from the adventure but I'm way behind on celestial potion. Anyone else have trouble collecting fron troll camp or is it a glitch? Thanks.

me too. My 2 sparkling mines did do better when I put them in storage for a few minutes but my Troll camp is doing worse! I have about 4 celestial potions less than the others. I think I'm going to try putting the Troll camp in storage. I've also done several adventures and 50% of the time it's been useful.

As a long time player (Feb 2013), I kept finding myself struggling to find space to put out the extra buildings, etc. needed for the current event. The design of my realm is based on having specific zones of like objects. I have a dragon paddock, Griselda?s castle with the more fierce animals (Flygers and Wolves), a Troll area, a farm area, a barnyard/pasture for pigs, chickens, and cows, a knight?s area with horses, etc., a faerieland, and (because of good fortune) a Valentine area. To avoid having to rearrange things with the back to back events, I?ve kept many of the Royal points buildings in storage to be able to have a fairly large area clear for whatever is needed for the current event. In the current case that is the extra farmhouses and red mushroom circles. When I need the Royal points for expansion, I?ll put out the high point buildings, towers, etc. until I have the needed number, do the expansion, and then put them away. If there is time between events when the open area is not needed, I?ll put out a square pathway for my walkers with some random decor.

I totally agree with you that the Royal points requirements are getting too high, as is the number of expansion, and now explorer permits. I?ve been trying to take advantage of the discounted expansions. So far I?ve been able to get 4 of the 6.

The Troll Camp is a real pain. I?d rather have Ivy with a guaranteed drop. Has anyone had a Shooting Star drop from the adventure?

Sounds like you have your place in order and sorted. I too used to be very orderly, keep space for event items, take out royal points buildings to expand then put them away again but since I put more attention and frequency on expansions I found it a pain to do that (with 2 big kingdoms plus playing a lower level one) so I've left them on my boards. I've now stored a lot of deco and stuff I can do without to leave space for events.
I had no idea or notification about the discounted expansions until I saw your post yesterday so I zoomed straight over to my places and got going. Thankfully for me we had the explorers permits disappear therefore I hadn't converted my expansion permits to explorers. I've managed to do 2 expansions in one kingdom and 3 in the other and was 1 and 2 lanterns away from another expansion in each kingdom and about to collect lanterns.... next thing I knew I woke up, tablet on my lap, looked at the clock panicking (as a true cs addict) and realized I'd missed it...I still logged on just to make sure lol.
As most items that are supposed to drop tickets and permits have become very rare and are just not dropping for me in both kingdoms I think I may now put away my royal points buildings and have a play with decor and space.

I've lost count of adventures I've done but have had a few shooting stars in both kingdoms. They should be more forthcoming if we are to use the materials and the amount of energy to get them...and make the troll camp a guaranteed drop...yeh right! Not everyone can afford to go on adventures even if rare items drop more frequently.

The Shadow Wolf didn't come from chests.. it was the final prize in the last LB Monster Hunt event.. along with tne Dark Wolf which was the mid prize for all if they arrived to the 3,200 points. Not sure about the correct amount of points, but somewhere there.

Does the pond change at level 6? It would be great if someone could post a pic. At the moment I?m not sure if it?s worth the trouble of upgrading. Unfinished events do bug me, if I don?t finish it?s usually because of drop rates or not being dead on time collecting from Ivy?s Hut or something else with a long timer. Choosing not to finish doesn?t seem right but it?s a lot of energy to spend if there?s no real benefit.

I'm getting one shooting star a day from troll camp got two one day and fought a troll then my shooting star disappeared!?!? I need to make 15 potions that requires the shooting star, I won't be able to finish unless it does drop 50%, which it DOES NOT! UGH!!! I haven't tried to store it and bring it back, too scared to try! LOL!

They were being terribly generous with the Shadow Stone drops yesterday. I chopped five Star Blooms and received a total of 16 stones. The drops were randomly spaced out such that they came after a random number of chops, and they even did manage to drop three in a row once. This was between 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. PDT.

Thank you, I think the ponds nicer without the kits so I?m going to skip the upgrades & all the chopping involved. There are better uses for my energy, apart from the satisfaction of completing the upgrades I can?t see the point with the time remaining & runes from the daily chests I?ll have enough to get the great kit anyway.
I?d happily send my event resources to those who want them if I could.

I suspect I won't finish. I am again foundering on the uncertain drops from the troll camp. Due to work, I can only collect twice a day, and I need slightly more than 2 bottles per day to complete. Even with guaranteed one per day I'd have to buy a couple, and it's just not worth it.

I wish they'd stick to Ivy with guaranteed drops. You get a chance to miss may be one or 2 twelve hour collections, but at least if you don't finish it's down to you, not the randomness of the game.I'm beginning to think I won't be able to upgrade fully also. I must have missed several collections from Troll Camp because of the busy Thanksgiving holidays. But I'll still get the final Unecorn because of the chests dropping several runes a daily plus collecting from the pond.
I refuse to chop my trees for Moon Bugs until I have a Shooting Star. I don't need 40+ Moon Bugs in inventory.

If the average is two times a day, I might be able to complete. I'll have to wait and see.

Has anyone actually received a shadow kitsunecorn from chests? All I get are the bushes and runes for the community event. (not surprised though...I have yet to receive ANY of the rare drops from these chest events! :/)

Got it from my 2nd chest, today I got the last bush type (I have all 6 now). So yes it exists. The drop are not staggering for me, but some have reported Permit drop.

Just got the last individual prize & the conversation between the ruler & Ivy makes it sound like there are more kitsunecorns available by visiting the farmhouses, ponds & I forget the other spots.

S8....did you really mean for that to be the interpretation from their conversation? I know there's no way to get more but that's the way it sounds.

And, Hoovile, I haven't gotten one from the chests either & just like others, I get the 3 each day. Right now I'm at the point where I'm not even enthused about getting one. The game has been so repetitive, goal-wise, that I'm feeling major burnout right now.

I do not see me finishing this event. I am collecting 3 times a day from troll camp with only 1 drop a day. My pond is a lvl 4 and I still need 2 celestial potions just to get it to a lvl 5!! I haven’t struggled this badly in an event in a long time. With only 6 days and some odd hours to go my troll camp would have to start dropping at every collection. I’m doing trades as well but they only bring back the items I have no problem acquiring. Drops from chest have been horrible. I’ve had 1 over 20 runes. And I do all 3 each day. I only have 319 runes so far.
Pretty bummed about this.

I would think the Kitsune Fence was the same size as the Sweethearts Fence judging from the pictures.. but when attached to them.. they're slightly smaller and the roses are smaller and a darker shade of red.
I'll leave them there anyway.. it's cute seeing the kitsune peeking over the fence.

Terrible! All that work and energy wasted for 2 energy. Ouch! I'm goi g to learn to just quit doing these events.
