Omega Crowns Not Received from Smart and Serious Leaderboard Event Milestone

Got the pop-up from the Omega Crowns Milestone in the Leaderboard, but did not receive the Omega Crowns. Have closed more than once, to no avail. No one in our household received them, as well as others posting in the LB discussion thread.

There does seem to be a long list not receiving them, I have three islands and no crowns despite getting the pop up and having earned them
