I think the prizes are kind of meh, but I like the wallpaper! The autumn fireplace, which isn't really a fireplace at all, seems nice. Not as nice as the wood stove that's in one of the crates, but still nice.

I think the main goal prize is nice but I agree with you about the walls and floors -- those and the wall hangings are my favorite items from this goal set and I've already placed in my restaurant. Maybe I like them so much because they're all repeats from old Fashion Story updates when the artwork/style was a bit different? I know some players aren't fans of duplicated items from other games but I don't mind it, especially when it enables me to have my favorite items in all my games. As for the other items, I don't dislike them - they're quite nice - but I have to admit that I'm not a fan of how they all look when placed together. That said, I'm sure I'll use them in the future at some point but they won't fit with my Thanksgiving theme at all.

I am hoping No. I love the Woodburning Stoves, but they MUST be placed against walls.

Instead of a deco this time, we are being offered the new Magic Oven with this VP. The Magic Oven has all the same recipes as the Basic Oven but cuts down cook times by 20%, the food will never spoil and it offers the ease of only one tap per recipe like the Easy Ovens. As you can see, my VP is on sale for 4.99 USD which is basically the equivalent of 24 gems whereas if you purchase the Magic Oven outright it will set you back 200 gems!

Yes! It has been irritating me every time I send or request the item. I make a point of spelling it correctly.

I wasn't interested in prizes but had hoped to unlock all recipes. I am finding that it takes a long time to get enough parts for the 3rd appliance each time. I make many more than the required amount for the recipe as I wait for parts or for the items to make parts. I had 3 of the 2nd last recipes cooking when I left for a meeting. I knew I would be back in time to finish and that would open the last recipe. I got home and the event was over so did not unlock the last recipe.

Lately, I am just playing to unlock recipes as I often already have the goal prize or something very similar. I have so many duplicate items in storage.

Sad that I only got to the first recipe on 2nd appliance in my secondary restaurants. :( Just too much to do in real life for the holiday! But I finished in my main restaurant, which is the important thing.
