How do I spawn Fauns?

I've been chopping grand rooted liliums and i'm only getting wisps and skunkupines... Do they not spawn Fauns anymore?

ETA: I'm looking for Fauns to get seals to make Explorer's Permits....

Tried collecting from the Cloudberry Bushes? That's where I find them.
