Lost 24 gems on spring basket

What did the game say you "won" when you bought the basket? Didi you look in the decorations tab of the design menu to see if they put the item in there?

Mine did not show up either- I restarted my phone and it showed up. iphone 4

Is anyone else having this problem? The items should show up without a restart; if they aren't, then this is a bug.
