How can I change to Chinese version?

On your device, Settings >> General >> International >> Language, then select whichever language you prefer.

Please note, this changes the DEVICE language. Be sure you don't accidentally change to something you cannot understand. You may have a hard time trying to navigate back to the Language menu.
