I got enough LB points for the spiral spire milestone prize but it's not in my storage. Have closed and reopened game to no effect.

I won the spiral spirit in an event but its not in my storage. This isn't the first time that this has happened.

I had to force close about three times and eventually it showed up in storage.

I also had to force close my game a couple of times for this to show up.

This is not just happening for me for the spiral spire. It is happening with EVERY MILESTONE!!!! I earned the twisted tower much earlier in the day and it just showed up. I could have collected at least 2 or 3 times from it so I've missed out on 120 to 180 points. This delay of prizes has been going on for the past few events. It's a known bug so why isn't it getting fixed??????
