No sand castle for blue turtle

I won the blue turtle from the event but there's no sand castle habitat to put him in...this is the same problem with the mother duck who didn't have a habitat at first and you had to fix it.

I had the same issue... I won the turtle but have no habitat for him... emailed support team... glad I’m not the only one but wish it wasn’t true for anyone...
