There's only 23 minutes left to buy this for $9.99, but my question is ...

Is this an item (Fall Sweets) we won't have unless we buy this value pack?

In other words - there's no in game way to obtain this item? or maybe it's something we earned from a past goal and they are giving newer players a way to get it?

Regarding the item: the Fall Sweets is a retired limited-time offer item (LTO) and did feature in a past sale or two - but there's no saying if it will come back in a future sale (though you can certainly request so here (https://forums.storm8.com/showthread.php?105736-Bakery-Story-Winter-Holidays-2018-Suggestions-Thread)). It is not a past goal reward.
