I always respond to part requests. Level 83 daily player. Just cleared out 30 inactive neighbors. I tip as often as possible & dont care if ya tip or not. ;) Just would love neighbors who are active players & arent jerks who blatantly send food or random oven parts when you request goal parts over and over; and then those same people request for goal parts?! NOPE. Over it lol. So: I send goal parts as gifts, period. I also respond to & accept part requests every single day.
