My Cadabra dragon is missing

I finished dragon tale in time but Cadabra dragon is not in my storage.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the app as Storm8 support said,but it didn't work.
I sent a message to Storm8 support again for this issue but still no answer.What should I do?
