Since the iPhone iOS 12 update I am getting notifications but fashion story will not open. Please fix this or there will be a lot of people requesting refund for items purchased

IOS12 only came out in the UK on Monday 17th sept

Not yet, but hopefully today and ideally before the weekend. After we do an update, it goes through an approval process on the App Store (speed of this varies), plus one last test phase from us and that time can vary depending on how fast they are. <3

I'm sorry, we don't typically offer compensation for third-party interruptions. An OS update is an optional player decision. :(

However, we are working to resolve this as soon as possible.

Just updated to iOS 12 and I, too, can?t get into game. I sent ticket and was told to come here to find out about problem. I hope they can fix this as quickly as possible. Thanks to those that are helping💞

iOS 12 beta has been out for much longer than that. I mentioned a couple of months ago this game was crashing on beta, and got told not to use the beta... like the beta is there for testing... to prevent, like, this EXACT scenario.

Bishmart, with your warning back 8 weeks ago they should have been working on this. I hope it doesn’t take much longer to figure this out.

Go to App Store there is an update icon, it was luck that I saw it.

I haven?t updated my phone yet hoping this would get fixed soon but I?m still having problems I can?t gift my neighbors as soon as I try the game crashes

So this is the situation, I think others are having too. I have updated the Fashion Story app from the App Store BUT I HAVE NOT uofpdated my iOS to iOS 12. Is that why it crashes? If I update my iOS, will it all get better? If so, I did not know that updating my iOS was a prerequisite to updating the app.

I updated to iOS 12 and I can’t gift so it’s totally another issue

Reported gifting crash issue to powers that be for investigation.

We have just released a new version of Fashion Story that fixes the issue with gifting (version 1.6.1). If the update is not available on the App Store yet, please try again later as it may take a couple hours for the update to become available for all users.
