Arena. How to beat Champion type dragons?

I have a question. How can I beat Champion type dragons?

Use Diamond dragons. (Ultra rare Diamond vs Super rare Champion)

or use single color exotic dragons: Passion, Egypt, Soccer ( they have no weakness vs champions, but can have weakness vs the secondary color )

or use champion with a secondary color advantage : Champion+Blue vs Champion+Red (this is like using a pure blue vs a pure red dragon , ypu have color advantage)

if none of this is possible, any dragon have a tiny chance of critical even when the types do not match, and a level 1 dragon have a tiny chance of score a critical hit when battle vs a epic dragon (+11 level) , so : use many low level fire dragons and sell it after it lose., you will need between 5 and 10 battles

Try the method that CranberryMil suggested and also try dragons that were released in previous Dragon Tales.

I find if my Diamond , Champions or Passion Dragons dont work single colour Dragons often will , Fire, Water, Air etc.
Forest is especially good against Diamond .
