So I play on two platforms iOS n android. But only on my android can I watch videos to speed things up for cooking n not iOS? Is this normal for everyone? Please feel free to place where this should belong if this is not right place. Thanks.

As with the daily gem videos, this promotional feature is random and comes and goes to different accounts across multiple platforms. It's entirely normal that you have the ability to speed up cooking in one platform but not the other.
