Earned aether stone but never got it

I am currently at 742 points on my baby account and got the pop up that I earned the aether stone but it is not in my storage. I tried rebooting the game but it's still not there. I am quite annoyed because now I'm gonna miss out on a lot of points since its the weekend and even if I put a ticket in now it won't get any resolution till Monday at the earliest! NOT HAPPY!!!!!

Same... Searched a lot but it isn't in my storage

I rebooted my game and opened it. I had a dragon that had finished evolving so I put it back in its habitat. Got the popup again for earning the aether stone even tho I had already earned it. I checked my storage and it was there finally. This must be some sort of bug in the system as i am seeing a lot of people with this issue. So everyone who is having this issue try rebooting or reinstalling the game and see if it finally turns up.

I have hit a local milestone and should have gotten a aether stone but it is not in my storage. I also was to have a egg of some sort but never got it either.

Same thing happened to me. Try force closing and reopening your game. Once I did that I passed the goal.
