Dragon Sound Effects

Are the dragon sound effects random, or is there a pattern to them? Also, is there any way to change the settings for them other than on/off?

You can turn certain sounds off in the game settings, but not specifically any sounds that Dragons make. Dragon sounds aren't random and are generally matched with their type or personalities. :)
