Root Beer Goal is absolutely absurd :(

How in the world am I supposed to collect 28 Root Beer Gear & 12 Root Beer Party Invite material for the ovens? :( I don't see that as fair :( I barely have any active neighbors and we only get 14 days to finish this? this is absolutely absurd & disappointing :(
