diamond purchase not updated

Hi, I made an in-app purchase for 24 "diamonds" but it was not updated in my apps for fashion story. What can I do other than reporting the problem to apple?

There isn't much of another way to report to apple about this. I don't think TL can fix this problem. But since it is apple related, you have to contact them
