Hi guys, I completed the recent museum goal and had unlocked all the items but when I went to put them out today they were all locked. Has this happened to anyone else? I even had bought two of the artistic fountain. I tried to contact storm 8 and they sent me back a generic message about how their services are limited. I restarted my phone as well as deleting the app and downloading it again. The items are still locked (artistic fountain, museum curator, and museum gallery) :(

I have same issue and more. I lost menu as well. I can’t cook abstract chocolate and constructed chocolate, even though they are still on my table. My baseball fountain are also affected. What happened to my account?

I had all of the goal unlocked recipes from Hot Chocolate Stove, Ballpark Fountain, etc. The recipes were there this morning and are now gone. Were they removed? Otherwise I need some assistance. I've tried restarting my iPad and reinstalling the game.

Earlier today everything was working just fine. But I just got back on the app and two of my appliances (the bubble tea fountain and the baseball park fountain) would only let me cook one item cause the other ideas were ?blocked? cause I didn?t do the goal. But I HAVE finished the goals and DID have all the recipes. I don?t understand what happened. I went through the store to look at all of the appliances and ALL of the ?goal? appliances were blocked as if I didn?t do them??? I had at least one of every single appliance and had completed all the goals before this glitch happened....please help me out. I love this game! It helps me with anxiety/depression and it?s super fun. I?d hate to have to delete the game....

I just came here to say the same thing! You can see on my counters that I have the items that are not available now on approx. 8 of my appliances. Add this to having to reboot my iPad because the game goes into terminal processing. What is up with this game?

I have the same problem too. Contacted Storm8. The reply was just they are sorry, they are NOT going to do anything. I installed different version, but didn't change anything. NO recipe to cook, CAN'T play. :(

Ive spent much money on these current and past special ovens. That are now locked. I would like my ovens restored or money returned!!!! Why would s8 take away and lock them. I had 10 of each. I always do my ovens in sets of 10. Android user current game. Ive reinstalled, ive restarted phone etc

I tried to submit a support ticket, but it was closed immediately due to lack of support help for Bakery Story. So how are we supposed to get this fixed if we can't submit a help ticket?!?!

Gosh, I hope not! I have over 20 appliances on which I have mastered all the recipes and they are now locked. I sent my message in just saying that the last 2 recipes on the newest appliances were locked as are prior appliances I unlocked during previous goals. I hope they respond quickly.

Sent 2 emails trough the game. Didn’t get any answer. Is it really will work like this. No help because this game has no technical support anymore. If you guys want to disconnect a game you better delete the whole thing, not like in other story games. Just make it impossible to play or the whole game just idling like home design story. People put quiet amount of money in these game as myself. Looks like it means nothing to developers

I'm still experiencing the same issues as everyone here. The recipes on my Ballpark Fountain were locked for nearly 2 weeks already. Didn't know that they ceased support for bakery story till I sent them my support ticket few weeks ago. Came on the forum and read that the staffs are looking into the issues. Though it will be fix real soon. Unfortunately, I'm seeing more & more of my unlocked appliances, recipes and decorations are locked now.

It's funny even the most recent prismatic oven, opalescent machine and their decorations went into locked mode too. What's wrong s8?? :confused:

Are your older goal items affected too? If so, please include them in your pm. It will be really helpful for you to provide them as much details as and be as specific as you can so they can recover your items. Compile a list and send it over.

Storm8 is in different time zone, it's nighttime for them. You can use this Time Zone Converter (https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html) to work out the time difference. You can enter "San Francisco" for the Storm8 time zone. Please give them time to respond to everyone.

I understand your difficulties and I don't want you to worry about the list. :) Send a pm with your Storm8 ID, device and game version and let them know that you have items missing from past and recent goals and take it from there.

Has anyone had their deco items returned yet? I had no locked items in my game, been playing for years, earlier I went to remodel and everything is locked..it’s very annoying to say the least. I will follow link on earlier post and hoping they can fix it soon..it’ll take me at least 3 sheets A4 paper to fill out what I’m missing in floor deco..I can’t check ovens yet as still cooking..if anyone can let me know if they have had it fixed I’d appreciate it.

I have the same problem. Yesterday, I had many locked ovens and goal prizes. After some messages I wrote, I got most of my stuff back. But, now I have the same problem that you have. The latest goal ovens are locked and the ice cream machine is missing recipes. I also noticed that many recipes are locked on those old ovens that I got back. Guess I will have to write to them again. This is so frustrating.
