Stuck in Storybook Chapter 9!!!

I am stuck with the SB chapters 9's last part. I have evolved the animal to 15 level but the SB is not registering the completion of the act. Did sign out and signed back in several times...

Also I could not contact the administration for there were issues with it.

Any ideas what to try to get the SB working again?!

First check horus, that it's out of evolution and placed and is lvl 15, sometimes the game reverts moves. If it is go to your device settings and look in apps for fantasy forest story, clear cache and data (don't clear data in other games but this one it's ok) once cleared open your game, it'll take a while for your graphics to load but usually fixes things when the game isn't counting your actions. Hope this helps, if for some reason it doesn't a mod will have to help you with support, good luck :)

Try above suggestions by member. Restart your device and check your evolution flower and also check that you are evolving the correct animal (Horus) required of the Storybook. Let me know if you are still having issue.
