game wont load

Game wont load . Has progressed from ten minutes to load to now to just loading a black screen. Have deleted and reinstalled. No luck. Cant reach support because I cant open the game.

Make sure you playing the most current version of the game.(regular version, not a seasonal version).

You do not need to open game to contact support.

Before you submit your request, can you please check your settings? I noticed newer devices let you turn things on like hardware acceleration (even if it's just a setting that's not explicitly called that), which can cause graphics to render as a black screen. Even browsers have it. If your device has like a "gamer mode", try switching to a different mode or two to see if that helps.
