2 pm EST was the usual time you released them for as long as I've been playing (2011)

I've noticed this glitch as well
Last time I requested parts to all my neighbors was 3 days ago
if I can only receive 20 a day and I have 180 neighbors ... then I have 160 "requests" sitting out there waiting to be filled.
I know I have neighbors tell me "I just sent you a part that shows requested 3 days ago"

I do feel this is a bad glitch ... and I wish S8 would work on fixing it!

I feel if you request new parts ... it should override what-ever parts are still lingering out there (usually to people that aren't even playing anymore)

I have 5 bakeries ... and I have the same issue you are having in 3 of mine ... I can not build at all since I have only received 1 in those bakeries (and no doubt the 1 received was from Stormy)

DO NOT WASTE GEMS ... it's a 15-day goal so there is plenty of time to complete ... it's just a pure shame that we are all revved up to play and can't due to a game glitch. I feel your pain.

They are still jammed up in a queue that's all hun. Most players face this sort of problem so you're not alone. You may receive them at reset and find you unlocked the oven lol. Don't stress about it as you got 2 whole weeks to complete it

Do your neighbors always return requests within 1 hour? They could be busy or away from their devices. I wouldn't sweat it just yet. Maybe give it another hour or two. If you want to try to send me a request, I'll PM you my ID. I'll go ahead and provide it.

yes, it's very good they changed time, because for me goal in RS lately started around 2-3 am and it was very hard to keep eyes opened and then to wake up after 6/5 hours to send gifts and answer requests

It?s not just you. This happens to me during every GOAL event. I?m convinced they do this on purpose. I?ve been playing since the beginning and know what I?m talking about. I don?t send requests the entire week and have neighbors who play daily. But every time an event begins when we need to request items before building there is a backlog. It takes two or three days.

But when we did the short timed goal or I?m building old ovens, everything I ask for arrives quickly. That is more than a occasional coincidence. I just can?t figure out why.

I?ve asked 12 neighbors, without requesting anything the entire week and I still need 4 napkins or whatever it is we had to ask for. Now I do get these things finished pretty quickly, but that?s besides the point. This happens in bakery too. Someone even touched upon it on another thread here. How difficult it is to begin during the first day because it?s almost as if our 20 requests per day isn?t being allowed.

Sorry for the rant. I?m just tired of beginning behind everyone else, without using gems.

yep. they did it for that black friday in 2016 - recolored 2 goal prizes and made the recolored versions an LTO for gems.
i'm not sure wht they did with chef lee, but for this toss - the color of pizza oven and the color of bricks are different.

Chef Lee was recolored to have an orange outfit and intro'd as Thankful Chef Lee, for 25 gems I believe :)

I do wish the newer recipes would have higher yields though. I've been level 99 for ages and at times I still struggle to keep food on the counters.

I am liking this goal. I am of Sicilian decent (3rd gen in America), and telling the Queen Margherita story is one of my favorites to tell. So of course, I was telling it again the other night. I also like having the chance to receive previously locked items. :)

I was told each day we are allowed to request from 20 neighbors. Use your request... wisely ...from known current players. If you ask more, then that request will roll over to show up the following day and so forth. That's why we see "3 days ago". So I get better results by this routine: I work from my request list. I visit, gift and fill neighbors requests. Then I go to my appliance I'm building and request the part I need. (On my android; It takes me to the list of my neighbors. Scroll to the bottom of the neighbor list, this is where I find the neighbors that I just filled their requested part will show up). Hopefully 20 neighbors. Request from these, I get better results this way. Wish G8 would make this more player friendly.
