Blocking

I am having problems with a player harrasing me and I have absolutely no options to block. I sent an email to support and they closed my ticket saying it wasn't a support issue. As if having their players harrassed isn't an issue. Anyone know how I can block

Make sure you select "Report a player" under category in your Support request. See chapter Block Feature in Game Guide.
