FYI you cant breed a Spring/Water hybrid with another Spring/Water hybrid to get a Spring/Water animal. It's not that they couldnt decide on the combo. It's just that we cant do it for special elements. Water+Dark is the correct combo as the game says.

P.S. "Element: Spring, Water" shows the elements of Showery Sprite; it's not what you need to breed to get it.

It's a Spinel Ravenstag as Sakrysta said. It's under Breeding Chart for Regular Creatures in the Creatures Guide.

Still no one get it? I think it's a 8 hour timer like all the times lately for a SR creature. I only get 11 hours

I just got an 8 hour on my baby account using skyger n frost fang. I don't think there is another animal of that combo with an 8 hr. Timer. As soon as I have an empty nest I will put it on the nest n see what the egg looks like...fingers crossed.

Dark and Water is right. Only the basic elements contribute their own element to a breeding result. When there is a special element to breed, it is only breedable for a limited time and only using the element combination the game gives us. So, like Rynetory2 said, breeding with a Spring/Water animal will not give you a Spring/Water result - unless you include Dark in the other animal. But then your odds go down, because Spring/Water can include another basic element as the stand-in for Spring - probably Nature.

Things were simpler back when special element animals weren't available to use for breeding at all. Some of the older ones still are not. The newer ones contribute a random basic element to the breed, and it depends on what basic element they're paired with which element you get. I've been testing and recording what I get with different element combos, but I haven't been able to do enough testing yet to say definitively which elements each different element combination contributes. Some of them don't even contribute their own basic element - breeding Rainbow/Fire with a Crystal Unicorn twice gave me a Water/Nature result. It's very confusing.

I just got it using Frostfang and Lilac-breasted Roller. 8 hours. Very light, almost white blue with purple and darker blue swirls egg.

I finally got it! I had so many chromadile fails, 3 Aquafoxes, chameleon, sea drakes ect, but I didn't give up! Used same commons also!

Lucky me, I've got an 8 hour timer in about ten minutes before the event ended. I actually not really into it since I've already got the Buck Brush when finishing the storybook. I tried it hoping to get Sea Drake in process for the Dazzling Dark Creatures goal, but this one is really beautiful. Good job to their design team.
