Can't level up Neo Air!

I can't feed Neo Air past level 4  I have plenty of food and when I go to feed him,I get a 'not enough food" message. What's up with that?!

I'm able to level the Dragon. If you need help with your account, please submit a request through support.storm8.com (https://www.support.storm8.com) for assistance. Please let them know if you're able to feed other Dragons.

Problem is NOT fixed..... I can not feed no air to get him to level 13i have over 450000 food, I only need 8400 and it says i do not have enough food. I was able to feed my volt dragon twice at 3 food each. But no air will take no food. So I am stuck in this event. I tie it with my data plan as well as my Wi-fi, and restarting the phone, this is no way to run an event

I'm sorry that you've experienced this as well. I truly wish I knew how it resolved itself but,I can't :( Maybe it's an unknown bug? I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you heideth.
