Party Town Habitat

I recently bought the Party Town Habitat. BUT, the problem is I cannot do anything with it...except move it. Cannot rotate it, cannot sell it.

Sorry, if someone already posted this, a mod can delete this.

I?m wondering what is going on with this Habitat???

Update:
The habitat is sellable, but you can't sell a habitat that has a Dragon in it. This habitat can't be rotated by design due to the art. Everything looks okay here. :)

I checked mine, and I also cannot rotate it. My sell button is also greyed out, but I do have dragons on this habitat.
