Transfer to new phone

I lost my old game on my old phone. Don?t remember my ID or password. Starting over but can I transfer my game when I upgrade my phone? Can anyone help me out with this?

Yes you can. As you don't know your password you must contact Support. Not knowing your ID will be problematic as you need to give them enough info to verify it's your account.
