I Really dont like having to reqst for actual appliance items!!! Bad enough having to reqst twice items for a goal but now a 3rd time and having to keep reqstg over and over for 1 part!! I constantly get reqsts that say days old even though i ck at least 2 times a day. I have sent myself reqsts that say 2+ days old so How are we supposed to be able to finish goal. This is becoming way to hard to be fun. Wont worry about finishing this one, sad as goals were my fav. part of game.

why? :) i think it depends on your level / game progress.
for 15day goals i build 4x each type of ovens, and finish the goal in one week.

other question is how often can you enter to do the goal.
last summer i had to spend some gems to skip / etc... coz i in the summer i'm mostly out and cannot follow as fast as now...

of course in this mean 30 days goals were perfect. you could leave for vacation, and it could not prevent you from reaching goal.
that's why i loved them. i could went somewhere to africa for couple of weeks - and no worries that no wifi: i'll get back home and do my goals.

but not now.
the goals are still doable, but now you have to choose between your real life and these virtual goals :)

previous order was better. at least for me. it was a game, it was meant to get fun, and you did not have to choose.

The creativity is what?s lacking at Storm 8. They keep using items from Restaurant Story and using items from Bakery Story for Restaurant Story. The prizes have been awful for The last few goals. How about a side goal for us long time players that we don?t already have. C?Mon Storm 8

I think would be perfect if they would let us buy for coins parts we need instead always to ask and wait for responds which takes looong hours and days lol, and not needed parts could be sold, would be nice solution to our problems i guess

why? :) i think it depends on your level / game progress.
for 15day goals i build 4x each type of ovens, and finish the goal in one week.

other question is how often can you enter to do the goal.
last summer i had to spend some gems to skip / etc... coz i in the summer i'm mostly out and cannot follow as fast as now...

of course in this mean 30 days goals were perfect. you could leave for vacation, and it could not prevent you from reaching goal.
that's why i loved them. i could went somewhere to africa for couple of weeks - and no worries that no wifi: i'll get back home and do my goals.

but not now.
the goals are still doable, but now you have to choose between your real life and these virtual goals :)

previous order was better. at least for me. it was a game, it was meant to get fun, and you did not have to choose.

30 DAY goals were much better...gave you more time to do it all. My problems with the 15 DAY are mostly that my neighbors don't all play daily so requests for parts rot. I'm still trying to build my second laugh oven. Also, both job and school restrict phone use immensly so I can only play in off time/days

I'm on both Android and Iphone and I can only request the part from neighbors at the moment. A mod has flagged this issue with S8 but we probably won't hear if this is done on purpose or if it was an oversight until Monday when they're back in the office.

Looks like s8 gave us the button on our gifting lists when they got into the office today because it definitely wasn't there to start with. Either way, I'm glad it's there now and people won't have such troubles.

Folks are a bit upset with the requirement of goal ovens requiring request only parts. I've been getting lots of feedback on my wall and it's all over the walls in the game. Can someone please look into this ? Not a good idea - in addition to this, the servers are NOT putting requests through, so there are folks who play in groups and they are tracking the requests with the folks they play with (several groups of 30+) and the requests are not getting through and not all of the gifts either. It is NOT because they are not being sent - there is something totally wrong here and some folks have stated that they are beginning to believe that this is a purposeful act. I just wanted to post this here in hopes that someone at the game offices is realizing that people are paying attention and beginning to track in groups. Between these 2 issues and all the recolors, it is not a good playing experience any longer. Very dissappointed - love this game and have played for years as many people have, but as paying customers, it is expected that the game developer team is more responsive.

this part is called "marine knob" in restaurant story. it's still there, and you can still build marine oven with it (unless locked by goal).
in bakery story it's new and called "flavor button" :)

It’s frustrating at the beginning of a goal when it’s new and exciting. But really, i have more than enough time to build all the ovens I need and complete goals, so I’m not too upset about it anymore.

I absolutely agree with the delay of the initial request they hold back your neighbors sending you the request for a considerable amount of time in hopes that you will end up using gems or end up having to buy some. It is very transparent what is being done because you could ask your neighbors if they answered your request and they're telling you yes but it's not reflecting on the board what you have received and you wait for hours. I find this to be very sneaky and underhanded this is supposed to be a fun game and more and more on finding myself upset and frustrated.

I quite like that idea. It goes against the concept of a nbr gift community, but it's a bandage on a problem that shouldn't be there. If the system weren't broken we wouldn't ask for a fix let alone something to stem the bleeding.

One of the many problems with these too-short goals (which has probably been brought up before) is if something goes wrong (like the Flavor Button) and help is potentially delayed by the weekend. One weekend (including the buffer time on either side of the weekend for non-work hours) is, what, ~15% of a 15 day goal?

My favorite part of this goal was how uninteresting I found the prize--now I don't have to stress about not wanting to spend a hoard of gems to finish it.

Foiled again by my job and love of sleeping! I wasn't putting much effort into these goals, but I did decide eventually that I wanted the pastrees in my 2nd bakery, so I'm a little annoyed that I missed them because of mochas that spoil too quickly. Oh well, on to the next!

No reasen to be scared if u click on finish u get 2 options to buy or refuse ^_^

it match my theme a little.. if not for my theme, I would not have a place for it. It does not really match up with any item, not even the way i got them. :(

(I have a little carnival theme, and a paint type theme 2)

But "The April Fool" could be also for halloween. But "A Wet Prank" would be hard to come up with a theme/design.

Side goal i like, i never get it until now!! so that was a good surprise!
